MEET THE TEAM
President and Co-founder of PSI Solutions, Inc.
Tad Papineau is the president of PSI Solutions, Inc., and has served his customers, suppliers, and staff with a passion for excellence for nearly 25 years.
Tad began his professional career as an assembly technician, which led him into a formal education in electrical engineering from Seattle University. Post-degree, he was introduced into the world of manufacturing sales at Northwest Test & Measurement, but eventually grew out of that role and into one of business owner when he co-founded PSI Solutions in 1995.
The dynamic technology marketplace of the last two decades led Tad to adopt a company philosophy of continual development and growth, and this attitude has earned PSI the five-time honor of Boeing’s Performance Excellence Award.
Mike Gluck is a seasoned veteran with 40+ years of experience in all aspects of Enterprise IT Infrastructure including Server/Storage/Networking/Data Protection/Virtualization/Data Security.
He specializes in helping clients with their Digital Transformation strategies and initiatives by leverage the explosive growth of Artificial Intelligence and especially Deep Learning technologies as well as emerging and often disruptive data storage technologies.
In addition, he has executive experience with large multi-national companies (EVP of Fujitsu Storage Products) with growth from $30M to $500M in 12-year including being the first Japanese company to design and manufacture and repair disk drives in the US) and Control Data Corporation (VP of $150M new business unit starting from zero).
He also has experience with startup companies (COO and Co-Founder of Chaparral Network Storage which was acquired for $90M by Dot Hill and later Seagate Technology).
Furthermore, has extensive Distribution and Channel experience from both the vendor perspective (Xiotech SVP with 30% annual revenue growth and Best Channel Vendor award) and VAR perspective (Sanity Solutions CTO with 8X growth in 9 years and 5-time CRN Triple Crown Award winner).
Jason McGinnis has 25 years selling embedded computing, machine vision, hyperspectral imaging and test equipment systems. Sales management responsibility for distribution and representative sales partners throughout the US with a fortune 500 company.
